This year both kids were on the team for districts. Now there were only 7 girls on the team but that doesn't matter. It was rather chilly that day so the kids did what they could to stay warm.

The girls did not qualify as team or individually but they did their best and improved their times.
The boys did not qualify either, but just barely, and Patrick was within 10 runners from making as an individual. Despite this, he was happy with the season and looks forward to running for the high school. And yes, he is getting tall.
