Patrick is 12!

Somehow my little boy has turned 12.  Wasn't he just a little bitty thing in my arms yesterday?

We once again celebrated by going ice skating.  Mary enjoyed watching the others go by.

You can see Mike helping George get comfortable.

We had some cupcakes too.

We also had some ice cream at home to celebrate.

In other news, we've been attempting to potty train Mary.  She understands what to do, but hasn't figured out the finer details yet.  Don't worry, we're not giving up.  We will get there...soon I hope.

Christmas 2017

So it's been over a month since I posted and we have some catching up to do.  Before Mass on Christmas Eve, the kids were kind enough to let me take some pictures of them.  Ladies first.

All the kids!

This one is a keeper.

Now for the goofy boys.

After opening gifts here at home, we headed North to see the Hatton clan.  Patrick enjoyed having a dog in his lap.

Mike and Mary enjoyed the dogs as well.

Of course, there was a lot of reading.

It was a bit chilly in Wisconsin (-17!) while we were there.  But the kids still wanted to go out exploring with Dad.

Our Christmas was full of blessings.  More pictures to come.
