George is standing!

Yes, two weeks ago I was telling you he was crawling, now he's standing! This kid needs to slow down. Here is George after pulling himself up on the toy box.

What a big boy!

Last Saturday was busy. Soccer at 9:45, a birthday party at 11 and come home to a marching band competition in front of our house. The kids took a moment out of their marching to let me take this picture.

Mike and George hanging out watching the bands until the ND game starts.

Pat and Becca being themselves.

And George discovers the simply joys of a diaper box. Who needs toys?

That's it for this week. The kids are tripping, whining and sleeping a lot so I assume they're all growing. Our best to you all.

First Day of School and More

Patrick returned to preschool this week. Here he is in the parking lot.

Patrick meet up with his buddy Benjamin K. It was just like old time.

My friend Chris hung around after dropping off her kid to play with mine.

Becca made herself at home in the car with the girls.

This is the George we've seen a lot of lately.

Becca is not to be out done.

Patrick also started soccer last week.

Becca somehow managed to get herself under the stroller.

George was also under some chairs. This is at the chiropractor.

Here Mike explains to George the suckage that is Michigan.

I hope you enjoyed the pictures. GO IRISH BEAT MICHIGAN!!!!

Pete's Wedding

This weekend we headed to the north side of Chicago to celebrate the marriage of Pete and Mistelle. This first picture gives you some idea how much George drools.

Patrick having fun in the room.

Here's a group of us walking across the parking lot to enjoy breakfast before the wedding.

George managed to get his naps in wherever he could.

The best man and the groom.

I attempted to do Becca's hair...

..but after failing twice our friend Erin stepped in and saved the day. Here she is in the car on the way to the church.

And don't forget Patrick.

Patrick strikes a pose with Becca outside St. Bede's.

Aren't they cute?

Here's the Hatton family in the garden. I have to say, we look good!

More fun with the kids.

George did let other people hold him every once in awhile. Isn't his tie killer?

Do they hand out Heismans for being the groom?

Becca and Patrick kept themselves busy while we waited for the wedding to start.

Poor Becca had to be the stable one going down the aisle. The ring-bearer wanted to be with Dad.

The bride and groom taking their vows.

Becca with Dad and Godfather looking on.

The happy couple. I don't know why Pete is waving.

Thanks to Pete and Mistelle for the great weekend. A special thanks to Erin, Brittany and Colleen, the other wives of groomsmen, who loving helped out with the kids without hesitation. I don't think I would have made it through the weekend if it weren't for you ladies.
