Christmas Craze

The week before Christmas, Patrick went bowling with his class.  His score was terrible but he had fun.

Becca got to go to a friends house to build gingerbread houses.  This is her's.

Santa came a little early for George to bring him a neck pillow before our car time.  He was really excited.

Santa also came one day early to our house so we could open presents before going to Grandma's house.  It was a light saber kind of Christmas.

The kids got Slinkies at Grandma and pa's and decided to play telephone with them.

Everyone else went to see Star Wars (George didn't want to go!) so we stayed back at Grandma's.  George built with Legos and Duplos the whole time....

...and Lia and I took a nap.  Her's was longer than mine.

All in all, it was a nice Christmas.  It also marks the end of our travels for awhile as we await the arrival of Stinger in a couple of months.  May God bless you and keep you this Christmas season and into the new year.

Sully Fest 2015

We went to South Bend to see the Sullivan Clan over the weekend.  The house we rented had a ottoman and the kids had to see if they fit inside.  They mostly did.

Pat and George trying to play the game of Life.

Playing with some cousins.

I don't know why aluminum foil was so exciting to play with but it was a big hit.

Grandpa looking a lot like Santa.

Before we left for the weekend, we tried to get a picture with Grandma & pa and the 9 grandchildren who were there.  Here are all my attempts that turned out.

Now for the silly one...like they weren't silly before.

George didn't want to be in the silly picture at the time but then begged for a silly picture afterward.

After saying a few prayers at the Grotto. Mike and the kids climbed up a tree.

It was a great weekend but just the beginning of our Christmas celebrations.

Tree Hunting

Last weekend we went looking for our Christmas tree.  We tried some place new that had this nifty cart thing.

Lia looking cute.

Becca being silly.

George taking his cut on the tree.

Lia's first time cutting tree.

Then Becca.

Patrick's first solo cut.

The conquerors!

It was George's turn to put the angle on the tree.

There are lots more pictures to come so please return soon.

Thanksgiving and More

I'm sorry its been over a month since I shared pictures.  Here is some of the craziness of our lives.  Let's start with George wearing Lia's bow.

I came downstairs one morning and found these two dancing.

We headed west to Iowa this year for Thanksgiving.  Look at the bird!

The kids made themselves at home with the Little People toys...all over the living room.

George brought Pepper down to guard us as we ate breakfast.

She really needed a nap.

We plan to get our Christmas tree this weekend and the Christmas concert is next week so we should have more pictures soon.  Happy Advent!
