Becca's 5th Birthday

It's time for me to finally share pictures from Becca's birthday.  We decided to open presents after lunch just in case.  Here's the birthday girl waiting.

Yesterday Becca finished up her present opening with some gifts from Grandma & pa Hatton and Aunt Pat.

Mike and I were called away suddenly but the celebrations continued that evening when the Showalters came over for pie.  Thanks Grandma Sullivan for the pictures.

We have lots of pictures from this week but I really wanted to focus on Becca in this post.  I still can't believe my little girl is 5 years old.  We love you Rebecca Rose and glad you're part of our family!

Meet Cecilia Grace

Yesterday we welcomed the newest addition to our family.  Cecilia Grace Hatton was born at 6:23 PM at 7lbs 2.5oz and 19.75in long.  Here she is all covered in goo.

She looks a lot like the other kids.

Mike and I had a few minutes with our newest girl.

Today, the other kids got a chance to meet Cecilia.  Becca was very huggy-kissy with her sister and Pat kept telling me how much he loved me.  George wasn't sure what to think of all those things hooked up to me.

Then it was time for the birthday girls to bond.

Then it was Pat's turn to hold her, but not without sanitizing his hands.

As I said, George was not to happy to see me in the hospital.

After a fruit snack, George seems to recognize me again and even warmed up to the baby a bit.

Given time, he'll be a great big brother.

Cecilia is doing fine and is starting to find her voice and I'm hanging it there with a stuffy nose.  But we're both healthy and enjoying our time together.

All Saints Day

Thursday was All Saints Day and the St. Patrick's 1st graders traditionally do a presentation to celebrate the day.  Here is Father John giving the opening prayer and introduction.

Being the name of the school and the only Patrick in the class, our son got to be first to come in.

After they paraded in, they each told us who they were, what they did and when their feast day is.  I only took a picture of Pat.  They each did an outstanding job.

Halloween

We started celebrating Halloween last Sunday with Trunk or Treat at the KC hall.

Today, we headed over to the Showalters for dinner and Trick or Treating.  Here's some of the giant crew that made the rounds.
