More February Pictures

Mike and Pat went camping because they're crazy.  Here are pictures from that.

Lia was sick but George had fun racing at the District Pinewood Derby.

Becca enjoyed hanging out with this snake.

I've stopped asking.

This was up in the gym so I asked Mary to stand in front of it.

Mary also got some real pom-poms for her birthday from her Godmother.

Mike had to miss the bowling-laser tag event for Cub Scouts but the kids had fun.

A police office came and talked to Mary's preschool class.

February means Blue-Gold for our Cub Scout pack.  Patrick was volunte-old to help out George's Webelos den perform their skit.

George earned his Webelo. Now on to Arrow of Light requirements.

Don't let that face fool you, he is thrilled.

Feb Birthdays

We have two February birthdays.  George turned 10 on the 2nd.   Here he is enjoying his frosted mini-wheats.

He asked for homemade pizza for dinner but he's the only one who wanted pepperoni.

He also asked for cookie dough for dessert.  This was a huge blog which he could not finish.

Time to open presents.

Mary turned 4 on the 16th and Grandma Sullivan made her a doll quilt and a flippy doll (one side is a lamb, the other is a little girl named Mary).

She also wanted homemade pizza but chocolate cake.  Yum.

Now she gets to open some presents.  First is a princess umbrella.

What little girl doesn't want a music jewel box?

That's the last of in house birthday's until the fall.

Mary sports this beautiful dress, coat, and hat combo to church one Sunday.

What do you do when you're all sick of being in the car after driving to and from St. Louis in one day?  You take pictures of course!

Just chilling on his birthday.  Can you believe this kid is 14?

The 8th graders had a Christmas party at the KC Hall.

We also made a trip to northern Illinois to see Great Grandpa Hatton.  Mary did her part and entertained him.

Christmas Tree 2019

We had our annual tree hunt in December and this is what we found.

While Patrick started to cut it down, Mike explains what to do to the others waiting their turn.
