We ended August by send Patrick back to Benedictine for his second year. He informed me a few weeks later that he was thinking of getting a part time job in a kitchen because he had so much free time with his 30 credit hours this semester! I think he's insane.
Mary will miss her biggest brother.
For my birthday, Mike had this glasses made, half say "Hatton" the other half say "Sullivan". All have shamrocks with Celtic knots on the,
Becca also went to PND's homecoming with a group of friends.
Cecilia getting ready for another XC race.
We had four girls in the top ten at this meet.
We also had the pleasure of replacing the kid car this month. After several attempts, we finally found this on an hour away. Becca is very pleased with her new ride.
Unforunately, it seems Cecilia has inherited my running-head-lean form. Sorry.
It wouldn't be September at St Pat with out XC and basketball at the same time. Here we are at the "Letters from Mom" ceremony.
And all the players with their mothers.
At the beginning of October, Washington had Homecoming and most of the Hattons were in the parade. Becca walked with the student council
Cecilia marching in St. Pats middle school band but I couldn't get a picture of her. But here are the St. Pat's cheerleaders instead, of which Cecilia is a member of.
Mike and Mary were with the Cub Scouts. Having hurt myself, I chose to not walk the parade and just take pictures.
The next night, Becca went to homecoming with a group of friends.
George had absolutely no interest in going to the dance but had to go on the photo shot anyway.
Becca was very excited to go with Teddy, whom she's know pretty much all her life.
These St. Pat's kids sure look great.
Mary's 4th grade class took a field trip to Dickson Mounds this week to learn more about life before the Europeans arrived. As the teacher, I love how much the kids enjoy this day.
Here she is with some classmate trying out some ancient games.
And we will end with Cecilia curled up in a big Amazon box. She said it was comfy.
This past Friday, Cecilia and the girls XC team qualified for state for the 3rd year in a row! And Becca has senior night for swim this upcoming Tuesday. So come back to see more pictures soon.
