On Wisconsin

We finally made it up to see Grandma and Grandpa Hatton this weekend. I don't know who was more excited to see the other: the kids, Grandma or the dogs! On Friday, Mike took the kids for a very short canoe ride with just him. He's been so busy around the house lately I think the kids really like the alone time with Dad.


The kids loved the dog cage. I said they could sleep in there but Grandma didn't think that was a good idea.

Patrick started out playing in the sand. He was advised to not get in the grass.

Of course there was lots of swimming. After all we're at the lake!




Grandma helped Becca warm up when her lips turned purple.

We all felt a little safer with Sally and Stella keeping a close eye on us.


And Grandma got these awesome t-shirts for the kids, just in case they forgot how much she loves them.

We took Patrick's bike with us so he could practice on their long, flat driveway. I shot a couple of short videos.

Another baby in the world

Welcome to the world Cooper Engle, first child of Aaron and Davah. As you can see, he is healthy and handsome and we Hattons are very much looking forward to meeting him ASAP!
